摘要:

随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,实施分级诊疗模式势在必行,大型公立医院应该勇于探索,在推进分级诊 疗制度上发挥引领作用。门诊工作是医疗服务的重要组成部分,是践行分级诊疗制度的重要窗口。文章就三级甲等医院在分 级诊疗模式下的医院门诊管理工作进行了分析和探讨,重点讨论了大力发展门诊多学科会诊团队、提升专家和专病门诊质量、 提升门诊医疗服务质量、构建“双向转诊”灵活机制以及强化门诊信息化平台建设等科学化管理思路。

英文摘要:

With the deepening of medical and health system reform, the introduction of hierarchical medical system becomes imperative. Large public hospitals should take the lead in promoting this system. As an important part of medical services, outpatient service is a key window reflecting the implementation of this new mode. This article analyzes the outpatient service management of tertiary hospitals under the hierarchical medical system, with an emphasis on establishing multidisciplinary consultation teams, improving the quality of outpatient services, including services by specialist doctors and services for special diseases, constructing a flexible “two-way referral” system, and outpatient information platforms.
