共青团改革与全党全国协调推进“四个全面”战略布局的行动高度一致，呈现出中央顶层带动与地方自主推进 并行的态势。文章基于共青团改革的背景和原因，探讨医院共青团改革创新实践，力争通过破解改革中遇到的制约医院共青 团发展的各种体制机制障碍，推动共青团工作面貌的明显转变。

The reform of Communist Youth League (CYL) is highly consistent with the coordinated implementation of the “Four-pronged Comprehensive Strategy” in the whole party and nation, which is led by the central government and implemented independently by local governments. In view of the background and reasons of the CYL reform, this paper explores innovative practices in the CYL reform at hospitals in an attempt to break down the institutional barriers which hinder the development of the CYL, and to achieve significant transform and improvement of the CYL work at hospitals.
