目的 了解《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》政策实施后山西省新入职护士培训现状并分析新入职护士结业成 绩的影响因素,为山西省卫生健康委员会制定相应政策、出台配套措施及完善管理体制提供依据。方法 采用横断面调查法收 集山西省 41 所三级医院于 2018 年 6 月完成新入职护士规范化培训的 1 213 名新入职护士的一般资料、规范化培训情况及规培 结业考试成绩,通过单因素方差分析、多因素回归分析确定新入职护士结业成绩的相关影响因素。结果 85.93% 的医院安排新 入职护士进行专业科室轮转,各医院新入职护士专业科室轮转周期、护理部及科室培训频率不统一。多因素回归分析结果显示, 学历、有无工作经验、护理部培训频率、是否进行专业科室轮转及轮转周期对新入职护士结业成绩有影响,且护理部培训频 率是影响新入职护士培训结业成绩的主要因素。结论 政策实施后,新入职护士培训效果显而易见,但在实施细节上标准尚不 统一,有必要建立一种长效的新入职护士培训模式,以保证政策的深入推进。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of the training of newly recruited nurses in Shanxi Province after the release of the "Training Program of Newly Recruited Nurses (Trial)", so as to offer evidence for the development of new policies, supporting measures, and administrative systems. Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out in 41 tertiary hospitals in Shanxi Province in June 2018. The demographic data, standardized training, and standardized test results of 1213 newly recruited nurses who had completed the standardized training were collected, and the influencing factors were determined using univariate and multivariate regression analyses. Results Rotations in different departments were arranged for the newly recruited nurses in 85.93% of the hospitals, but the rotation cycle and the training frequencies in the nursing department and the different speciality departments were different. Multivariate regression analysis showed that education background, work experience, frequency of training in the nursing department, speciality department rotation, and rotation cycle affected the test results of newly recruited nurses, with the frequency of training in the nursing department being the most important influential factor. Conclusion After the implementation of the training program, significant results have been achieved in the training of newly recruited nurses. However, the standards for implementing the program are not uniform. A long-term training model for new nurses should be established to ensure the further promotion of the policy.
