摘要:

通过高效的人才队伍建设,能够有效地提高医院发展速度。文章以南方医科大学第三附属医院为例,阐述了人才队伍建设关键因素、医院人才队伍建设的方针策略,并且较为详细地介绍了医院采取的具体举措,包括与学科建设互动引进人才、搭建5 种平台助力人才培养、创造良好环境稳定人才。医院在改善人才结构、促进学科建设、提升医疗水平等方面取得了良好效果。

英文摘要:

Efficient human resource management can facilitate hospital development. Taking the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University as an example, the authors elucidate the key factors and strategies of talent development and introduce the specific policies including recruiting talents based on the needs of discipline construction, establishing five platforms to facilitate talent training, and creating a good environment for retaining talents. These policies and measures have been proven to be effective in

improving talent structure, promoting discipline construction, and enhancing health care capabilities.
