This article focuses on the fraud and corruption prevention and control during the bidding/procurement process in a public hospital. A three-dimensional closed-loop management mode that emphases the role of supervision before, during, and after bidding/procurement was adopted to establish an integrated mechanism of education, policy and supervision in bidding and procurement management. This mode is designed to curb fraud and corruption from its origin, to ensure orderly implementation of bidding/procurement in a public hospital, and to maintain the sustainable development of the hospital.
