摘要:

目的 探讨优化绩效考核以促进临床医疗专科质量管理提升的方法。方法 运用 PDCA 循环法分析影响临床专科绩 效考核指标差异变化的因素,以此制定相应的整改措施并进行效果评价。结果 通过在临床专科绩效考核中实施一系列管理措 施,优化了专科绩效考核指标,规范了医疗行为,控制了费用过快增长,提高了运营效率。结论 应用 PDCA 循环法改进临床专 科绩效考核管理,可提高管理的科学性和有效性,有利于提高医院精细化管理水平。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore methods that may be adopted to optimize performance assessment to promote quality improvement in specialist clinical departments. Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to analyze the factors affecting the variations of performance parameters in specialist clinical departments. Countermeasures were developed, and the effectiveness was evaluated. Results A series of management measures were taken in the specialist clinical departments for performance assessment. The performance assessment indicators were optimized, the medical behaviors were standardized, the excessive cost growth was controlled, and the operational efficiency was improved. Conclusion The PDCA cycle method used in improving performance assessment management in specialist clinical departments raises the rationality and effectiveness of the management and is conducive to improvingthe level of hospital refinement management.
