持续改进出院结算流程的实践探索

摘要:
为了缩短患者出院结算时间,提高医院服务质量,通过采用质量管理小组 +PDCA 质量管理工具分析影响流程 有序进行的因素,进而优化工作流程、改进结算流程,使出院结算时间由流程改进前的 (21.48±17.74) 分钟降至改进后的 (14.36±12.11) 分钟,出院结算时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05),提高了出院结算效率。质量管理小组 +PDCA 质量管 理工具在医疗服务管理中,具有提高效能,完善医院管理制度,强化服务意识,提升综合业务水平的作用。此外,还可以通过持 续不断地改进,使预定的管理目标得以有效控制和有序地开展。

To reduce the billing and settlement time before discharge and improve the service quality, we used quality management team + PDCA quality management tool to analyze the factors affecting the billing and settlement processes and thenoptimize the workflow and improve the settlement process. After the optimization, the pre-discharge settlement time was significantlyreduced from (21.48 ± 17.74) minutes to (14.36 ± 12.11) minutes (P<0.05), demonstrating that the settlement efficiency was improved. Thus, the quality management team + PDCA quality management tool in medical service management can improve efficiency, optimizehospital management systems, strengthen service consciousness, and facilitate capacity-building. In addition, it can effectively promotethe realization of the pre-set management goals in an efficient and orderly manner through continuous improvement.
